Sales Tax

Sunset Imaging Systems required to collect 6% sales tax in Florida this may vary by County.

Credit card processing procedure

The policy on orders paid by credit card is to charge the card at the time of shipment. Also, if your order is shipped in multiple shipments, your card will be charged at the time of each shipment for only the products in that shipment.

A credit card can decline due to an incorrectly-entered credit card number or expiration date, a daily limit, insufficient credit or other reasons. Contact your credit card company for more information.

Our system charges your credit card automatically once your items have been shipped. We are not given a reason for any decline. Please verify that you've given us the correct credit card number and expiration date. If you've already done so, please contact your credit card company or bank for information. If no resolution is reached within 3 business days, your order will be voided

We collect your name, address and payment information to process your order. However, you may provide credit card and purchase order numbers by telephone. We also collect information contained in "cookies," such as your purchases and log in data, to personalize your shopping experience. Your browser must be set to accept cookies if you wish to add items to a shopping cart.

Restocking fee

A restocking fee of 25% will bededucted from refunds for items returned within 15 days of purchase and have not incurred material damage and are not missing components included in the original shipment.  No product returns will be accepted after 15 days of the date of purchase.

For units that have been damaged after delivery, you may be charged an additional restocking fee of either 25% or 50% of the original purchase price based on the severity of damage. If we receive a return which has been damaged beyond repair, we may return the item to you without issuing a refund.
